Though there are 3 main bedrooms, 2 additional smaller rooms have been converted to bedrooms, making a total of 5 rooms. Downstairs, the original part of the home has a shot-gun floorplan, has been restored to its original prestige so that it proudly displays its 1920's historic charm. Between the bedrooms is a full bathroom featuring a claw foot tub and original wallpaper dating from 1924. The adjacent dining room includes a table to gather for meals, or it can serve as a large work desk if needed.Following the dining room are a pantry and a small bar with an icemaker. An open concept kitchen-living room is located towards the back of the home and has been fully updated with modern appliances, large TV, and Sonos sound system. Double glass doors located at the back of the house opens to a large outdoor living area and features a gas fireplace, sitting area, swing, and TV. There is also a half bath and laundry room located on the first floor.
A second story was added to the home that has a large master suite with high tray ceilings, and two separate walk-in closets. A small room containing two twin-size hanging beds is adjacent to the master suite and is connected through a pair of double glass doors. The master bathroom has a tub, shower, private toilet room, vanity, TV in the mirror, and two sinks. Additionally, there is a small, cozy bunk room available if needed for family and friends.
